Refund Policy
Products are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges can be made within 7 days of purchase for products of equal or lesser value if they are in their original, unused condition.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened cosmetics, personal care items, or customized goods cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Damaged or Defective Products
- Inspection: Customers must inspect products upon delivery. Damages or defects should be reported within 48 hours, along with proof (photos).
- Replacements: Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no extra cost if reported within the given time frame.
