We want you to love every Beautiqa purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, sealed and in original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, opened skincare, makeup or fragrance items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
How to request a return
- Email care@beautiqa.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will share return instructions and a pickup arrangement where available.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refund method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit.
Damaged or wrong product
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
